Cncoaters aims to provide clear and transparent information regarding order processing and delivery for orders placed through www.cncoaters.com.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Our standard order processing days are Monday through Saturday. Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT), on Sunday, or on another day when order processing is not taking place will enter processing on the next applicable processing day. The cut-off time determines when processing begins and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 processing business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. For order processing, our standard processing days are Monday through Saturday; Sunday is not a standard processing day. Processing time is the time required before an order is dispatched and is separate from shipping transit time.

Processing may take longer during periods of increased order volume or circumstances that affect normal business operations.

Shipping Transit Time

After an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated transit time is approximately 6–9 transit business days. For shipping transit, standard carrier delivery days are counted as Monday through Friday.

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Based on the standard processing and transit estimates above, the estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 7–12 business days, consisting of 1–3 processing business days plus approximately 6–9 transit business days.

Please note that these two stages use different operating-day schedules: order processing is normally counted Monday through Saturday, while carrier transit is counted Monday through Friday. The order cut-off time, Sundays, non-delivery days, public holidays, and other days on which processing or carrier delivery does not occur may therefore affect the calendar date of delivery. These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Cncoaters provides free shipping to all countries we ship to. No shipping charge is added for standard order delivery.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
