Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated shipping transit time is approximately 6–9 business days. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Prices and Payment

Prices applicable to an order are displayed on the website and during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

The payment methods available for a particular order are those displayed to the customer at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the customer, destination, currency, eligibility, or payment-provider requirements, and our payment configuration may change over time.

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Cncoaters does not ask customers to send complete payment card information by email.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving an order, subject to the eligibility conditions, authorization process, return shipping responsibilities, and refund procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns accepted under that policy. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
