30-Day Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order, subject to the conditions described below.
This voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable German or European law.
Return Conditions
Returned items should generally:
• Be in their original condition.
• Be unworn and unused.
• Not be washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise materially changed.
• Include original tags or packaging where reasonably possible.
Certain products may be excluded from return where an exclusion is permitted by applicable law, including certain items that cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene reasons after being unsealed or used.
How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@cncoaters.com and provide:
• Order number.
• Email address used for the order.
• Product you wish to return.
• Reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Cncoaters, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item under the voluntary 30-day return policy.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, please contact us before returning the item so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact hello@cncoaters.com and provide your order number and relevant information about the issue. Photographs may be requested where appropriate.
We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Our voluntary return period is 30 days upon receipt of the goods, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
This voluntary return scheme is supplementary and does not replace the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance‑selling contracts under § 312g and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Mandatory statutory consumer rights granted by German law shall not be affected by our voluntary return policy
